Integrative Wellness Coaching (NBHWC-Aligned)
Coaching at Tune Into You Wellness is grounded in safety, respect, and trust.
In this non-judgmental space, you are met as you are. Your autonomy, lived experience, and inner wisdom are the foundation of our work together.
Rather than offering advice or directives, my role is to walk alongside you—creating space for honest reflection, clarity, and self-directed change that builds on your existing strengths and capacities. Coaching is an invitational, consent-based process that honors your readiness, pacing, and choice.
What Coaching Can Support
Coaching may support you during times of reflection, transition, or sustained demand, including:
Navigating decisions, transitions, or uncertainty
Moving through periods of fatigue or ongoing responsibility
Clarifying values, priorities, and what matters most right now
Translating insight into intentional, sustainable action
Noticing patterns with curiosity rather than judgment
Strengthening connection to intrinsic motivation and capacity
Building on prior successes, strengths, and resilience
The focus of coaching is always guided by you.
How I Work
My work is NBHWC-aligned, meaning it is grounded in professional coaching standards, ethics, and scope of practice. Coaching is client-centered and collaborative, with you leading the direction and depth of our work together.
This approach emphasizes:
Autonomy and self-determination
Values-based clarity
Sustainable behavior change
Accountability without judgment
Respect for pacing, readiness, and choice
Coaching is not about fixing or forcing change—it’s about creating the conditions that allow meaningful change to unfold and integrate into everyday life.
Sound Within Coaching
In some coaching sessions, therapeutic sound may be offered as a supportive element, by choice and with your consent. When used within coaching, sound complements conversation—supporting settling, reflection, and integration.
Coaching remains client-led at all times, with sound offered only when it feels aligned with your intentions and needs.
Packages, Pricing and FAQ
Coaching is offered in two containers depending on the level of support that feels most aligned for you at this time. While both options provide a meaningful space for reflection and growth, many clients find that the Journey container allows the work to unfold more fully over time.
Sessions are 60 minutes and are scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on what best supports your goals and helps maintain momentum throughout the coaching process.
Both coaching containers include a dedicated Closing & Integration Session at the end of the series. This conversation offers space to reflect on insights from our work together, acknowledge the growth that has taken place, and consider how you will carry forward what has unfolded.
-
3 sessions + Closing & Integration Session
(Typically scheduled weekly and completed in ~1 month)A shorter, supportive space to pause, settle, and reconnect with yourself, this three session package is a focused coaching container designed to create space for reflection, clarity, and support as you explore what is unfolding in your life.
Through thoughtful conversation and reflective inquiry, you will gain new insights, reconnect with yourself, and identify meaningful next steps.
This option is well-suited for those seeking support around a specific area of focus or looking to reconnect and gain clarity in a shorter timeframe.
Investment: $375.00
-
6 sessions + Closing & Integration Session
(Typically scheduled biweekly and completed in ~3 months)A more expansive coaching container that allows time to explore patterns, deepen self-awareness, and support meaningful shifts as insight and clarity unfold.
Through our work together, you will learn to listen more deeply to your inner knowing, develop supportive tools and practices, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
This option offers space for deeper integration and is often where more lasting and meaningful change begins to take shape.

Wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-led process that supports individuals in making meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives.
The approach is grounded in the standards of the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), which define coaching as a partnership focused on behavior change, self-awareness, and personal accountability. Rather than providing advice or treatment, coaches use evidence-based communication skills to support exploration, goal-setting, and forward movement.
In practice, this means our work together is guided by your priorities, your pace, and what feels realistic for you.
-
Each session offers space to explore what’s present. Through conversation and reflection, we:
Explore patterns, experiences, and what feels important
Strengthen awareness and connection
Identify meaningful next steps
Supportive practices such as grounding, visualization, or (if it feels supportive) therapeutic sound may be incorporated
-
Coaching can support a range of areas across your life, including:
Navigating change
Feeling stretched thin or holding a lot
Habit and behavior change
Work-life balance
Building sustainable routines
Because wellness is interconnected, our work may also touch on areas such as mindset, relationships, capacity, and how you’re showing up in your day-to-day life—including habits that support your overall well-being.
This work meets you where you are and supports forward movement at a pace that feels steady.

Coaching is offered in a structured series to support consistency and integration:
A 3-session series (with a closing integration session)
A 6-session series (with a closing integration session)
Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly.
-
Therapeutic sound can be gently integrated into coaching sessions if it feels supportive.
These moments support grounding, reflection, and integration—not to direct or interpret your experience. If you’re looking for a primarily sound-based experience, you may prefer a Therapeutic Sound Session.
