About
I’m Lavinia, founder of Tune Into You Wellness.
Before creating this space, I spent over a decade in education. I was deeply committed to my students, colleagues, and community, and often took on more in service of that commitment.
Over time, that way of showing up became unsustainable, yet I kept pushing through until an unexpected injury forced me to pause.
That pause gave me the space to turn inward and reconnect with myself. It also helped me begin to understand what I needed to move forward more sustainably, and to give myself permission to step in a different direction.
I built this space intentionally to carry forward what I loved most about teaching—creating space for reflection, recognizing strengths, and supporting meaningful, self-directed growth.
At its core, this space is about finding your own frequency—
and learning to trust it.
As a National Board Health and Wellness Coach, my work is client-led, values-based, and grounded in care, ethics, and consent.
I support reflection, clarity, and sustainable change through thoughtful conversation, with the option to integrate therapeutic sound as a supportive element when it feels aligned.
Mindfulness and sound-based practices have long been part of my life and continue to inform the way I hold space for others.
Alongside my personal practice, my approach to sound is informed by ongoing study through Sunreed Center, where I completed the Foundations of Sound Healing training and continue to participate in mentorship, workshops, retreats, and personal and professional development that support my growth as a practitioner.
My intention is to create a safe and supportive space where insight, self-trust, and meaningful change can emerge.
How I Work
My work is grounded in NBHWC-aligned, client-led health and wellness coaching. Sessions are collaborative and values-based, with you guiding the focus, pace, and direction of our work together.
Rather than offering advice or prescriptions, I support reflection, clarity, and sustainable change through thoughtful conversation and intentional practices that honor autonomy and consent.
Therapeutic sound may be offered as a supportive element, by choice and with consent. When integrated, sound complements conversation by supporting settling, reflection, and integration beyond words alone.
My practice is virtual by design, expanding access while keeping the work relational, human-centered, and flexible.
